About this Work

Myofascial Somatic Liberation

Myofascial Somatic Liberation is a holistic approach to deep, slow and nuanced bodywork - where presence, sensitivity and depth open space for profound emotional release and inner transformation.

At its core, this work is a unique and well-balanced blend of myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and energy work. It brings playful ease into therapeutic depth, grounding mystical insight in the physical tissue through a bridge of modern anatomy.

.

It is a method designed to relieve chronic tension, pain, and deeply

held emotional patterns - all while honoring the natural rhythm of your nervous system and supporting your body’s primal needs.

This naturally leads us to two essential elements for applying deep touch: slowness and simplicity.

"The slowness of this work allows to reach completely new levels of depth,
and I felt connected back to my essence and my joy at the end of the training,
and so well in my body, better than ever before. Thank you, Daniel,
for sharing your magical gifts in this world."

- Ilinca, Germany

The Power of Slowness

Slowness is one of the most essential qualities in this work. It allows the body to shift out of protective patterns and move toward a state of regulation.

It creates the conditions for trust, not only between giver and receiver, but within the body itself. From that place, held emotions and stagnant energy can begin to release in their own time.

At the same time, the body’s connective tissue — the fascia — needs time to feel, respond, and reorganize. It opens when met with presence, giving the system space to adapt and unwind.

Tension and subtle patterns of resistance begin to soften, not because we push through them, but because we listen.

By allowing the body to set the pace, deeper layers gradually become accessible, revealing what would otherwise remain hidden.

"From the moment I met Daniel I felt safe. He really takes the time, to connect,
to work at the pace of the nervous system, the pace of the body. He senses in
each and every moment, finding where the spots are that are most important
to spend time with ,and giving them just the right amount of pressure.
And he is able to teach us to do the same."

The Ease of Simplicity
daniel massage course jan 2023 edited-25

True depth does not come from complexity, but from simplicity and attunement. There is no need to rely on complicated techniques or get lost in an over-intellectualized understanding of anatomy.

Instead, we learn to follow the body’s natural structures — muscle pathways, fascial lines, bones, joints, ligaments, and energy channels — which begin to reveal themselves when we slow down, listen, and feel.

This work is never mechanical. It is about sensing the unique landscape beneath your hands.

It asks for moment-to-moment listening — a subtle dialogue between your hands, your presence, and the intelligence within the body.

Self-care for the Practitioner

The well-being of the giver is often overlooked — yet it is the foundation of all true support.

Your physical and emotional state shapes not only the quality of your touch, but the depth to which you can hold space for another.

That’s why this work emphasizes self-awareness, efficient use of body weight, alignment, and nervous system regulation — not only for your clients, but for you.

To truly offer support, we begin with ourselves.
Honoring our limits. Listening to our needs. Creating space to rest and replenish.

From this place of inner balance, your presence becomes clear, your hands attuned, and the work becomes sustainable.

"Learning how to give has been the most satisfying part of the training. Slow and deep touches connect the giver and receiver on a deep level, allowing them to share the release and relaxation. Daniel creates a very comfortable and familiar environment. It's a beautiful dance between very professional, profound and spiritual, fun and joyful, emotional and deep."

Learning in a Shared Field

This work goes beyond technique. It is a process of learning and transformation — both individually and together.

Integrated with somatic practices, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and ceremony, it unfolds in a safe and supportive environment.

Learning happens through direct experience: observing, practicing, receiving, and releasing together.

Within this shared field, connection and trust naturally develop — creating space to unwind, expand, and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence that can be carried into everyday life.
