The Essence of Deep Touch is more than a training.
It is a full-bodied, immersive journey into the art of deep, slow, and emotionally attuned bodywork.

This residential retreat offers a unique space to learn how to give powerful, fascia-based touch that reaches beyond the physical body - while also receiving nourishing touch and support each day.

It is a two-way experience.
Giving and receiving. Sensing and responding.
Listening and being listened to.

Through this reciprocal process, the nervous system can soften. Old patterns may release.
A deeper sense of connection, to yourself and to others, can begin to emerge.

The training unfolds in two parts:

You’ll learn the essentials of a full-body deep touch session - from structure to flow.

Days 4 - 6: In Depth
We deepen into specific body areas and their emotional qualities, working through the full body in cyclical, integrative ways.
